What vaccinations are required? +
We require current Rabies, DHPP (or DAPP), and Bordetella for dogs. For cats: current FVRCP and Rabies. Email records to concierge@pawhills.com or bring them at check-in.
Do you offer tours of the facility? +
Yes — private, by appointment. We prefer this to walk-in tours so we can devote our full attention to you and your pet.
What should I bring for my pet's stay? +
Their food (labelled portions if possible), medications with clear instructions, and one comforting item. We supply beds, blankets, bowls and treats.
How do you handle feeding and medications? +
Every meal is logged. Medications are administered at the times you specify and initialled by staff. You can request a written summary at check-out.
What is your cancellation policy? +
More than 48 hours: full refund. Within 48 hours: deposit retained. Holiday stays require 7 days' notice. Life happens — call us.
Is there a temperament evaluation? +
Yes — and for first-time guests it's currently on the house. A 30-minute session where we meet your pet and confirm they'll thrive here.
