Paw Hills Pet Hotel ("Paw Hills," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
- Pet and reservation details: your pet's name, breed, age, weight, vaccination records, the dates and services you request, and any notes you share.
- Payment information: card payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Communications: tour requests, messages you send our website chat assistant, newsletter sign-ups, and emails, texts, or calls with us.
- Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and similar usage data, collected through cookies and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
How we use your information
- To provide and manage boarding, daycare, grooming, and facility tours.
- To respond to your inquiries, tour requests, and chat messages.
- To process payments and send confirmations and receipts.
- To send service updates and, if you choose to sign up, occasional news.
- To keep our facility and guests safe and to meet vaccination and legal requirements.
- To understand and improve how our website performs.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us operate, including payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), website analytics (Google), and our website chat assistant (Chatbase). They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety: authorities or others when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our guests, staff, or animals.

We use essential cookies to make the site work, and analytics cookies that help us understand site traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Where required, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a request to opt out.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children's privacy
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective" date above shows the most recent version.
