Pack light.
We provide premium bedding, bowls, treats and toys — so there's very little you need to bring.

- Collars, leashes, bandanas, flea collars or clothing — we use our own gear for safety
We provide premium bedding, bowls, treats and toys. Food is available for purchase in our lobby — our house food plus Stella & Chewy's Shredders packets.
Health & Safety
A safe house.
A few requirements keep every guest healthy and every stay calm.
- Guests must be free of parasites and current on flea/tick prevention.
- No signs of illness or contagious conditions.
- Spayed / neutered is required for daycare.
- We cannot accept human-aggressive animals.
- Pets requiring injections or medical boarding — such as diabetes, seizures, organ failure, or end-of-life care — cannot be accommodated.
Cancellations
Never lost.
Cancel any time. Deposits are non-refundable — but never lost.
Your deposit automatically converts to in-store credit for future use, so nothing you pay ever goes to waste.
