These terms cover your use of pawhills.com and the services of Paw Hills Pet Hotel. By booking with us or using this site, you agree to them.

Reservations

A reservation is confirmed when we have accepted it and any deposit due has been paid. Deposits are applied to the cost of the stay. Rates, room types and add-on services are as shown at the time of booking.

Vaccinations and health

Every pet must have current vaccinations as required by California law and by our own policies, and records must be on file before arrival. We may decline to board an animal whose records are missing or out of date.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number when you create an account or make a reservation, you agree that we may send you text messages about that reservation — for example, a message asking you to confirm an upcoming stay. These are service messages about a booking you made with us. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Message frequency varies and depends on your reservations. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. You can also call us at (818) 889-7387. Opting out of text messages will not affect your reservation or your account; we will contact you by phone or email instead.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile number and your consent to receive texts are never sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Cancellations

Please tell us as soon as possible if your plans change. Cancellation and deposit terms are as described to you at the time of booking; call us at (818) 889-7387 with any question about a specific reservation.

Payment

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We may keep a card on file to settle the balance of a stay, with your authorization.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
