My husband took our family on a trip back east and we have a 2 year old yellow lab, who we need to board. We found Paw Hills on a recommendation from a friend as we wanted to feel comfortable having Lucy stay somewhere for 10 nights. Paw Hills has a great facility that really does look and feel like a “luxury” pet hotel and spa. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Lucy was excited to see us at pick up but all indications were that she had a great time there. We also had her bathed so she was clean, happy, bright and shiny when we picked her up. We haven’t booked another family trip yet, but when we do, we know we need to book Paw Hills for Lucy! Thank you!–Elisha P.
I was reading Martha Stewart’s magazine when I came across an article about a pet hotel. This pet hotel offered boarding for cats in a way which I never seen before. After reading the article I drove to this place and took a tour through the cattery. They offered beautiful suites with huge cat trees. They also offered a huge playroom for cats with tons of toys which is perfect for my kitten! It also smelled pretty nice inside too considering there had been at least 10 cats boarding there at that time. It was easy to sign up for reservations, the front person was so nice. When I returned for my kitten after a week I noticed she was very relaxed and happy. Definitely returning for more boarding soon!-Shauna D.
We’ve boarded our dogs twice here and have been extremely happy with their services. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly always greeting us with smiles and open arms. When we pick them up, nothing but smiles and open arms from them. They truly seem like they’ve been on their own little vacation as well! Our babies were very well taken care of as was their blankets being fully washed and dried upon our arrival to pick them up at 8:00am! We love you and will be back for future vacations and day camp! My 13 month old Labradoodle has been coming here since he was 6 months old, and his enthusiasm is as great today as it was then. He literally runs to the door, jumps up, and can’t wait to be let in! the staff is warm and friendly, the premises are clean, and my dog has learned to play and get along with dogs of all sizes . We also boarded him and when we picked him up, he dug his paws in, and didn’t want to leave! He enjoys it so much we now send him 3x /week just so he can play with his friends! Coming to Paw Hills is definitely his favorite place to be! Ed J.
I needed to leave town for a 10 day trip and had to board my 13-year old dachshund, Divine, who had never boarded before. I was exceptionally anxious about Divine’s happiness and well-being while I was away but the staff of Paw Hills made the trip a cakewalk. They provided regular updates by phone, text, and e-mail and posted wonderful photos on Facebook so that I could see how much Divine was loving her vacation. The level of service provided at Paw Hills Pet Hotel & Spa is impeccable. My pup came home healthy, happy, energetic, and wonderfully clean and shiny from her bath—I think she’s even more obedient on her leash! Divine is already planning her next vacay at Paw Hills. This was Leika’s 2nd stay at Paw Hills and I was totally comfortable while we were away knowing Leika was in good hands. The staff are all involved and care about the dogs on an individual basis. I know that Leika will return if I have to travel and I’m unable to take her for any reason. I also love the fact that the staff post pictures of their doggie visitors on Facebook…it looks like Doggie Disneyland! –Dee N.
To encounter humans who truly love animals is a gift. Traci from Paw Hills is amazing. Her love for animals is shown through this amazing place. I was fortunate to see this place when it first opened. Now, opened and running I’m amazed to see how beautiful it is. All of the staff is friendly and warm. My dog has received the best care anyone could ask. They go above and beyond what any other place does. If you’re in the area and need a caring and loving place to bring your fur babies, make sure you stop by Paw Hills. You will definitely be happy with your decision.

I boarded my CAT here for over a week. Prior to boarding, I was able to visit the space and discuss the services and care with Jonathan and Zoe. My calls for inquiry were always answered or immediately returned before and during her stay. The accommodations and pricing are competitive with other local facilities of similar size, actually larger. I opted for the larger “suite” due to her length of stay. She was not stressed after pick up.-Martina M.
I had left a previous review when my puppy needed a place to stay while I was out of town. Now, my puppy is over a year old and she loves going to the day care at paw hills! She has so much fun with the other dogs and is so excited every time I drop her off. The staff is so kind and they pay close attention to my dog. I know she is in good care while at Paw Hills. I am so grateful to the staff and that my dog has a fun and safe place to get her energy out while I am busy.- TV

Choosing care providers for our pets can often leave us questioning, second guessing & fret, fret, fretting even more over our decisions. At least after I left my kid at daycare, preschool or even kindergarten she’d be able to tell me how she felt and how her day went. With my dog it’s far from being so very simple.
Well I never learned how to interpret the cries and I think secretly there is some sort of Morse Code or something with that tail thwapping that happens as I drive down Canwood St. on the way to Paw Hills. It has to be beyond meaningful. It must speak volumes!
Well, if I handed my dog the car keys and he could drive, I’m more than sure that every morning he’d take me to Paw Hills!!-Matthew T.
After searching high and low for the right pet sitter, I was fortunate enough to find Paw Hills Pet Hotel & Spa. The staff are terrific with the dogs and treat them so wonderfully. The dogs are very pampered and well taken care of. They provide each dog with time for play, naps and meals. They also take the dogs on walks and ensure they are properly exercised. In addition, they post the dog’s pictures on facebook and keep me updated regarding their stay at Paw Hills. I also like the personalized report card for each dog, which highlights their behaviour. After meeting the staff, I’m excited we have found a reliable place that our dog loves. The hotel is welcoming and in the two times we’ve taken her here (once for the consultation), our dog has been in such a great mood and is tired when we get home (a huge plus). Thanks, Paw Hills.
Sue S.We love Paw Hills. They are true animal lovers and it shows. I am very funny about who to trust with boarding the girls (our two doggies). We moved recently and needed to find somewhere that could handle them the same as they would be at home, and so glad I did the research I did to find Paw Hills, because it’s great. I would have almost expected a “dog smell” when I walked in to check them in the first time and nope….nothing. Smells just fine in there. That made me feel immediately better. My older girl is nearly 12 years old, has elbow dysplasia and is a little slower lately. Our last boarding place suggested I get in home boarding for her in her condition and now I don’t have to do that–I found the right spot for her to be cared for with love. Our little girl is a small dog mix, sometimes quite nervous and does not always warm to everyone, but she seems happy there. They will be going to Paw Hills from now on…and I highly recommend them for your dogs too, if you are concerned for taking your pups to the best place possible while you are away, they will be treated like family there and how can you go wrong with that?! 🙂

Great location, cleanest boarding facility I’ve ever seen. Our two dogs enjoyed their stay at Paw Hills. The support staff are excellent, responsive and friendly. Overall I would rate the staff and services a 5. I would recommend Paw Hills consider offering a discount for purchasing in bulk, at the same time, for multiple dogs.
My 13 lb shihtzu Maltese had a great time at Paw Hills 2 weekends in a row. She spent 2 nights there and was totally happy when I picked her up! They texted me pics of her too.
Paw Hills is awesome and the only place we take my dog Luna. She loves coming back and seeing everyone. We put her in day camp during her stays and always comes home happy and cleaned up as we always add on a bath before pickup.
During our 4+ week remodel, we needed a place to keep our cat and dog while the construction was going on during the day. Our cat stayed overnight and long term and loved it. He had a suite and enjoyed the extra room. Our dog went to doggie day care and came home happy and tired every night.
The staff treats each dog as if they were their own. We are completely satisfied with the services provided at Paw Hills.
I really appreciated getting the reassurance that our dog had a great visit at Paw Hills and does well during his stays. The ease of booking, check in, check out, and trusting our dog is in good hands goes a long way.
Extremely friendly staff who know exactly what they’re doing. Jamie ROCKS! All other dog hotels and boarding places refused to take my dog because she was a rescue and they were not sure how she would be with other dogs. Jamie knew exactly what she was doing… And introduced my dog to the others in a very controlled and professional way. Vivian adapted immediately and loves it there!!!! 😊
